Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter! I hope your day has been filled with family, friends, and the true meaning of Easter. Have you ever considered why their is more emphasis on Jesus' birth during Christmas time rather than on His resurrection during Easter? I think both holidays are important, but what if Jesus never rose from the dead. Have you recently meditated on the truth that Jesus died on the cross for your sins? When was the last time you shared the gospel with a non-believer? Jesus promises that if we emulate His life by giving up ours, our rewards will not be forgotten. Aren't you eager to hear the words "Well done, good and faithful servant"? I am guilty of sitting back, getting carried away in the busyness of life, but I promise to do better in my walk with Jesus! Aren't you excited to begin your journey doing what you were created for?
